We’re one of the few agencies that allow you to rent a car with cash. A deposit is required if you’re paying with cash or with a debit card (varies depending on rental type) and is refundable once you return the vehicle. We also require a copy of your drivers license, proof of insurance or purchase our insurance, and proof of local residency (such as a utility bill).
When you arrive you will need to show a valid driver’s license. You also must present proof of liability insurance or purchase our liability insurance.

If you would like to keep the vehicle longer than what is stated in our agreement, you must contact Smith's Rent-A-Car for any necessary authorizations and payment changes.
We rent to people 21 years and older. An additional daily charge of $10 will be incurred for renters between the ages of 21 and 24.
An additional authorized driver must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and meet all other renter requirements. For more detailed information, contact our reservations desk.
Yes! We have a fleet of U-Haul rentals to assist you with all of your needs. We have a wide selection of available rentals, and if we don’t have what you are looking for, we can find it elsewhere for you.
